We provide Demicubes in two flavors: Beef and Chicken.

Beef Demicubes are made from roasted beef bones, roasted vegetables and herbs. The flavor is complex and robust, made for rich sauces and bold flavor pairings. In general, we recommend Beef Demicubes for strongly-flavored meats such as beef, pork and lamb.

Chicken Demicubes are made from unroasted chicken bones, roasted vegetables and herbs. The flavor is subtle, perfect for finishing chicken and turkey dishes. Chicken Demicubes are ideal for vegetable dishes as well, in place of or in addition to butter.

We have plans for plenty of Demicubes flavors, including Turkey, Veal and Shrimp – and even a delcious Vegetarian Demicube.
